Her combined expertise allows clients to see their homes not just as spaces—but as assets that should work for them.

Partner & Strategic Operations Advisor

Pearlette is a partner within Calm n Collected and plays a key role in strategic decision-making and operational alignment. Her approach to organizing is rooted in structure, clarity, and sustainability.

Professionally, Pearlette is a corporate attorney, bringing a sharp eye for systems, compliance, and high-level organization. Her background ensures Calm n Collected operates with precision, professionalism, and long-term integrity—benefiting both the company and its clients.

PA Home Reset Specialist

Aiyana supports clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey with organizing, cleaning, and in-home pet care services. She is known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and ability to prepare spaces for both daily life and special moments.

Outside of Calm n Collected, Aiyana is an event planner at A Vivarant Thang, which informs her ability to anticipate needs, manage logistics, and create smooth flow—especially when preparing homes for gatherings, transitions, or hosting.

NJ & NYC Home Reset Specialist

Serving clients throughout NYC, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Erika provides organizing, cleaning, and house and pet sitting services with a strong focus on efficiency and safety.

Erika is also a union electrician in New York City & Owner of "While You're Away". Her technical background gives her a unique awareness of how spaces function behind the scenes, allowing her to organize with practicality, precision, and respect for infrastructure.

Brittany leads interior design services for Calm n Collected, helping clients elevate their spaces with intention, cohesion, and personality. Her designs focus on functionality without sacrificing aesthetics.  

In addition to interior design, Brittany is a graphic designer and digital marketing specialist. This dual expertise allows her to approach spaces with a strong visual eye, ensuring that each room feels balanced, branded, and thoughtfully composed.

Brianna supports organizing projects across NYC and New Jersey, with a particular strength in systems that support productivity and growth.

Outside of hands-on organizing, Brianna serves as Director of Brand Flow & Business Organization, helping clients and internal teams align workflows, processes, and structure. Her work bridges physical organization with operational clarity.

Client Success Administrator

Ley oversees client communications, scheduling, and administrative coordination to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to project completion.

Professionally, Ley is a paralegal, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process-driven thinking to client success operations. Her background ensures accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all client interactions.
