Book Your Appointment

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is equivalent to the cost of one hour of the service booked and will be applied toward your final invoice upon completion of services. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit helps us reserve your time and prepare accordingly. Should you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred once with at least 48 hours' notice.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable booking deposit). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
